Cancelation Policies:

The following charges will apply (per person), counted from the day you make notification:

35% of the tour cost when the cancellation is received. The remain 65% will be deposited to the card used to make the reservation. This international bank transaction may take up to 30 business days to complete.
50% of the tour cost when the cancelation is received less than one week (7 days), before the tour.
100% if you cancel your tour with 4 days or less.
If you are not presented the day of the tour, there will be no refund.
You can change the date of your tour or travel package 3 days before the service. Prices may vary over time, rate adjustment applies. Some services such hotels have penalties. All prices are subject to change. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE booking option.

Any reservation that is changed to a second date will not receive a refund for cancellation. Due to the time and all the administrative and operational expenses incurred.
All cancelations must be made by email. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
